Eleven!
There's eleven cop cars outside my building at work today. I didn't even know we had eleven cop cars in the greater metropolitan area of Grand Rapids. Wow.I'm exceedingly happy that it's not my unit which is doing so badly, but i'm sure the next door unit could use some prayer. Lots.
YIKES!
There definitely were not 11 cop cars in my home town growing up. I think there were 4 or 5, but only 2 or 3 were on duty at the same time. The next town over only had 1, so if you saw him and then turned a corner, you knew you weren’t going to get caught if you started speeding. We also had a cop who rode on a bike. Not a motorcycle, a regular bike. I don’t think it was his job to catch speeders.

I heard it hear first and you said there were 11, then the next day I heard it at work and was told 13. The next day I overheard the same person telling it and there were 14. Then the next day I overheard someone talking about it and this time it was 16!
I think when I go in today I’m going to tell the story and include a SWAT truck… maybe a helicopter.
